America's Cup Charters represents the yachts from the premier era of Corinthian America's Cup racing: the 1962 America's Cup winner Weatherly, 1962 Cup contender Nefertiti, 1964 Cup contender American Eagle and two time America's Cup winner Intrepid ('67 & ’70). America’s Cup Charters is the largest fleet of America’s Cup 12 Meter yachts in the world. All based in Newport, Rhode Island. Guests are boarded from conveniently located docks in the Newport Harbor Marina. This is a full service charter company, in addition to the 12 Meter fleet other Classic Sail and Power yachts are available for charter. The number of guests that can be accommodated ranges from one special guest or up to 350. Yachts are available for a variety of activities including:
Events for Friends and Families
Two hour daily sails
Three hour racing experience
Weddings and Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties
Nightly Sunset Cruises.
Each of the yachts has an experienced and licensed Captain. Charters are available from May through October. The Sunset Cruises operate from mid-May through Columbus Day. The business comes with two magnificent America’s Cup yachts --- Weatherly and American Eagle. Other boats, which are owned by others, but are part the charter fleet include two other 12 meter yachts… two time America’s Cup Champion Intrepid and Cup contender Nefertiti. The business has averaged just under $1 million in sales over the past four years and owner’s earnings are in the six figures. The business along with the fully equipped Weatherly and American Eagle, rights to the lease for the office and dockage, website and social media, technology, marketing materials, trade name and goodwill is offered at $1,250,000.
